Typical build times range from 12 to 24 weeks depending on vehicle type, scope, and complexity. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase and keep you updated throughout the process.
4. Are your mobile clinics ADA accessible?
Absolutely. Our units are built to meet or exceed ADA accessibility guidelines, including wheelchair lifts or ramps, accessible entryways, and compliant interior space as required.
5. Do you offer financing or leasing options?
We can provide short term leases – 1 year or less -through our leasing partner, Event Vehicle Leasing. We also partner with trusted financial providers to help clients secure funding through long term leasing, purchasing, or financing arrangements. We’re also happy to assist with grant preparation and budget planning.
6. Can you help with staffing and operations?
We can provide driving services, logistics support and complete maintenance solutions through our partner company, Event Marketing Drivers. We can also refer you to a medical staffing partner for in-market clinicians to support your medical operations. We also work closely with our clients on operational planning to ensure you’re set up for long-term success.
7. What kind of maintenance support do you offer?

We provide documentation, training, and optional support packages for maintenance and repairs. We also recommend using vehicle platforms that can be serviced locally, which we factor into the initial planning process.
8. What power and connectivity options are available?
Our clinics can be outfitted with generators, solar panels, shore power connections, and battery backup systems. We also integrate internet solutions for telehealth, EMRs, and mobile check-in systems.
9. Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across the United States and offer international shipping options. Delivery, walkthrough, and training are included to ensure a smooth transition into mobile operations.
